Taking place after the MAGIC USER'S CLUB OVA the TV series begins as the giant cherry tree which had previously been the alien bell is left in the middle of Tokyo and proceeds to grow to the size of a skyscraper. Sensing that they are somehow involved the Magic Club begins an investigation and much to their chagrin discover that a rash of ill used magic is plaguing the city. Maintaining the sense of humor and beautiful animation that made the OVA such a hit this iteration of the series is sure to please fans and newcomers alike with its distinct charm.
