Neo-Ranga an ancient god who has slept peacefully for centuries on the island of Barou has been awakened and drawn to Tokyo by some unseen force. Searching only for Minami Ushio and Yuuhi three beautiful sisters who are unknowingly linked to him Neo-Ranga throws Japan into a panic when his gigantic profile is seen heading towards Tokyo. In these episodes Neo Ranga returns and so do the people who would paint him a menace and a killer.
