This OVA series serves as a prequel to ARMITAGE: DUAL MATRIX finds Armitage investigating the recently uncovered "Third Type" murders with her partner Ross Sylibus. "Third Type" refers to a recently discovered type of android that is indistinguishable from a real human who are now becoming the victims of violence from the human population of Mars. Soon Armitage and her partner have uncovered a conspiracy that goes all the way up to the highest ranks of the government knowledge that threatens both partners lives.
